The seller's response on April 26, 2016 still does not honor their return policy as stated on the invoice when we made the purchase. There were no additional return policy statement that claimed returns are acceptable under certain circumstances such as accepting a return only if it can be resold. The return policy stated returns are accepted within 1 year of purchase and we had asked for a refund within the 1 year.
