attached is the inspection sheet done on dodge Dakota which indicates everything was ok or green at that time

It was a $cash delivery sold as is which the customer acknowledged by signing

I am rejecting this response because:  The certified mechanic at McHugh dealership said...

that the brakes are soaked and worn. Dutro claimed that the brake linings were safe at the time of purchase and the brakes could not have worn down so much in the amount of time we have owned the vehicle.Regards, [redacted]
