Was a nice guy but not a good experience Poor communication and organization His stated years of experience was not a reflection of his work Was told it would be week to put in a new tub and retile tub area in our only full bath--took over weeks Started week of Thanksgiving and took off days that week so he connected facets and drain so we could use the tub---days later noticed a water spot on our living room ceiling--he sprayed with a sealer paint--don't have any ceiling paint to touch it up Had a crack in bedroom wall from hammer when removing drywall in tub area--he patched, but again I don't have any leftover paint to touch up I have a gray/marble tile which look great but I had to have him replace some tiles because one wall had more of dark gray and one too many light tiles--this left me with several tiles that are chipped
