even though I didn't believe it was our fault- I had trouble finding exact color as we had no record of itI did tell customer to calm down when she called - Her husband called back and I sincerely apologized to him several timesI was sincere to her husband - Not unprofessionalIt is true I have given several dates to get corner completed and each has come and goneTo that I am wrongMy apologies for any inconvenience on your part
I have the part as I said I didI will replace free of charge as I said I would
