I first hired this company to replace a skylight for me in December of and although there were a couple of small leaks, the crew from HIC came out promptly and fixed them When my wife and I decided to replace some single pane windows in our kitchen, I once again contacted The Home Improvement Center I was given a quote on 2/19/and was told window delivery would take weeks followed by days of installation As with the first project, I paid for the job in full It is now months later and the job is still not finished The work that has been done so far is of poor quality and two of the new windows have leaking issues along with the original skylight

I paid this company (in full) back in February of 2015 to replace a few small windows in my kitchen. It is now 7 months later and the job is STILL not finished!

We incurred significant hail damage to our decks in May 2014. Their representative [redacted] came out, on time, to give us an estimate and describe what the job will entail. He diligently worked on our 3 decks, removed the prior finish, sanded the entire decks and handrails to remove the hail ding marks and then stained and painted all of the surfaces. We were extremely satisfied with his work and the finished product and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of deck repairs and/or refinishing.

I was given a quote on 2/19/15 and was told window delivery would take 3 weeks followed by 3 days of installation. As with the first project, I paid for the job in full. It is now 6 months later and the job is still not finished. The work that has been done so far is of poor quality and two of the new windows have leaking issues along with the original skylight.
