We purchased one of the higher end heating units at the [redacted] in Sept We expected delivery the second week of Oct but did not receive the unit until the second week of NovIt did not work appropriately and with the assistance of customer service determined it had a bad mother boardThe 1st heater was returned, replaced by a second which did not work according to instructions and did not raise room temperatureSecond unit returned, owner did not wish to refund the guaranteed unit and required that I receive a third unitThe 3rd unit also did not work properly in the environmentIt was returned Dec 20thOwner agreed to full refund which was finally processed Jan 3, I would not recommend these heaters or this distributor
