Review: I purchased to fireplace inserts from this business. They were installed in 2014. A part was missing and I contacted the vendor. They ordered a part to be delivered to my house. This was delivered. Multiple phone calls later over a period of months, they refuse to install the part in any timely manner. The service person I spoke with said that he would "give it to the guys, and if they happen to be in the area, they'll come by and take a look." They will not make an appointment to install it. He feels the part is easily installed. I cannot fit my fingers into the unit to install it. It looks like it needed to be installed prior to the unit being placed into the wall.TDesired Settlement: I wish they would install the piece in a timely manner.
Review: Purchased a mantel and hearth last July 2014. The hearth had a small chip in it. When I called to ask for it to be repaired I was told they would send someone out to see it. The installer came and told me it will be repaired. I called several times to speak to an employee named **. He did not return my calls. Finally after multiple messages and calls in did get to speak to him. He told me he was ordering a repair kit and would take about a week. Never heard back. Again after multiple calls. He claimed his worker should have completed the job and he would check into it. Ha! Still never heard back. I believe this was in Sept. I call again and again, left messages and still no response. In Dec I was able to reach him and he assured me it would be taken care of immediately. No action appeared. Jan of 2015 I repeated spoke to ** who swore he would take care of it. On Feb **, 2015 ** said the repair would be made on Saturday feb [redacted]As of yesterday Feb **, 2015 he told me it would be taken care of tomorrow and I would receive a call later that evening to confirm [redacted] arrival time. No call came and after making several calls this morning ( it is now 10 am) I still have no idea if they intend to show up. I have several commitments today and can not wait around. This is an unacceptable way for business to treat customers. I need some help on this matter. All I want is for my damage to repaired. They should be ashamed of themselves.Desired Settlement: Repair my hearth in an acceptable manor.
