Review: RECEIVED A QUOTE FRIM [redacted] TO TRIM PALM & TAKE OUT WEEDS IN MY YARD AS I AM PUTTING IN ROCK SO FAR JOB WELL DONE HESTATED HE WOULD COME BACK ON MONDAY & PUT BORDER IN BUT DIDN'T WANT TO USE STAKES I HVE HE WAS INSISTED THEY NEEDED TO BE ROUNDED NOT FLATHEADED GAVE HIM ANOTHER $27 FOR STAKES CAME HOME FROM WORK ON MONDAYFRONT OF MY HOUSE CURB & STREET COVERED IN MUD & DIRTALSO MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE CLEANED UP MESS & NOTICED THE STAKES THAT WERE PUT IN WERE OLD RUSTED VERY MUCH USED UP CERTAINLEY NOT WHAT HE SHOWED ME PRIOR COME TO FIND OUT HE DID NOT COME HE SENT HIS SON WHEN I CALLED HE WAS VERY RUDE & STATED HIS SON DID PUT IN NEW STAKES I SUGGESTED TO [redacted] HE DRIVE BY & LOOK FOR HIMSELFHE PUT SON ON PHONE WHO STARTEDYELLING @ ME DON'T CALL ME A LIAR I ASK THEM TO MAKE THIS GOOD OR I WOULD REPORT THEM.IHAVE HEARD NOTHING MOREDesired Settlement: PUT STAKES IN THAT I PAID FOR

Es falso que las estakas eran usadas el material se complre en la tienda #21 [redacted] El Cajon. CA. 92020

Llebe la carta se la demanda y me dieron las estakas, las cuales lleber con el fin de instarlar, hable con las Sra. [redacted]. Trate de esplicarle, pero sin palabras tres beces me dijo adios. Me siento mal que nos culpe o acuce de esta forma, (sin culpa). Pero yo estoy dispuesto a ponerlas estakas, sin rincorer. Yo considero a personas que no razonan. Respetuosamente. [redacted]

This gentleman did stop by my house came to the door with flat headed stakes which I have a bucketful in my shed & told so when this work began but he insisted on round headed stakes & even showed me 1 The bottom line is 21

rusted flat headed stakes are in my front yard when he came to the door he handed me the stakes there was no offer to install them or no apology for used old material put in by his son. He has not made this wrong right hethrew the stakes in my front yard & left I refused the stakes because they are not what I was told I was getting.

This is very frustrating we are talking about $27 stakes bring brand new rounded stakes not flat headed like I have too many of & call me to set a time to come when I will be home
