I spent a small fortune remodeling 2 bathrooms in my condo purchased last December. It was sorely in need of updating and I hired this company to do the work and spent top dollar on all of it. They 'finished' about a month ago. Since then I have called numerous times to complain about work not finished, or product not delivered properly. In one bathroom a large wooden strip was left at the base of the shower so that the floor could not be tiled. The person sent to fix it did half the job and was set to leave when I told him he had still left a piece that was not supposed to be there. Then my beautiful new showers leaked water on to the floor. I subsequently learned that a rubber strip that was to have been attached at the base of each shower between the track and the glass doors was omitted from the finishing--it was not included in the kit, and the installers did not care enough to get the required piece. The final straw: my guest room toilet had a white tank and a beige bottom. And because the pieces were mismatched, the toilet didn't even flush properly so I was down to 1 toilet again, for all of the remodeling time and the reordering.
Now I have the rubber strips and a new toilet. I am too tired of calling to tell them that they did not furnish the 2 color toilet replacement with the same model 1 color toilet.

If nothing else, I think an offer to refund some portion of the purchase price would be in order. So far, only apologies each time I call, and I am too tired to call again. I have never reviewed a business in this way before, but I have never paid so much for such shoddy workmanship, with no effort on their part to compensate me in anyway for the inconvenience of getting this job done. One star, only because the product is actually quite beautiful.

Consumer signed contract with business. They were supposed to come and do the installation. They were unable to complete the job due to sizing. The consumer tried to work it out with the business and eventually the guy over the job stated he is not completing the job. He is not refunding the money. The company cost consumer more money due to violations. Consumer stated she is unable to afford $10,000 or $17,000. The fist guy took 3 hours to inspect the house. The second guy came for 5 minutes and stated they are unable to do the job. Was ignoring her call however if she called from her husband phone she was able to get him on the line.
