Numerous inquiries made by me via the email address provided on website and directed to the subscriptions department, quoting my order number. No responses at all as to why I am not recieiving my digital or print subscription. My credit card has still been charged!!!
NO phone number contact on website at all. VERY VERY disappointed in this business, whom I used to receive my magazines in a timely manner a number of years ago.

Review: Magazine advertises that they will pay for articles that they publish. Wrote an article for them they published. Payment never received.Desired Settlement: Either payment, as advertised, or free advertising space in leiu of payment.
