Two years ago I purchased the my [redacted] planner from HEDUA The software was a mess Glitch after glitch, a horrible interface to use, and it took more time for me to use the program than it did to write things out on paper I and many other of HEDUA's customers were extremely dissatisfied They promised to have it ready by August of 2013after the day refund period had expired It wasn't Communication from the company slowed and then stopped They banned customers from their FB page for asking questions or complaining too muchIn January of they announced they had hired new developers and would release the product with a new interface They finally promised the new interface would be ready in August of and that all subscribers would get a free year of the software August of rolled around Crickets HEDUA finally said that they were "wrapping up" the software and would release it as soon as it was ready It's now July We still haven't received the software The company continues to stonewall customers, only trickling information out as customers email their customer service department with questions Supposedly now it's in the testing phase I might believe them if they had actually delivered on any of their promises sometime in the last two years This company has lost me as a customer and I would not recommend them to anyoneIt's a shame Their paper planners are fabulous, but if you read through the complaints here at Revdex.com you'll see a pattern of refusing to take responsibility and blaming consumers for customer care issues At this point, even if the software was released and worked perfectly tomorrow, I wouldn't trust them to keep my personal information safe And I wouldn't trust them to resolve any issues with delivery, product quality, etc., I might have with their company HEDUA owes their customers a public apology for this whole debacleBut I'm not holding my breath for that to happen
Two years ago I purchased the my [redacted] planner from HEDUA. The software was a mess. Glitch after glitch, a horrible interface to use, and it took more time for me to use the program than it did to write things out on paper. I and many other of HEDUA's customers were extremely dissatisfied. They promised to have it ready by August of 2013after the 30 day refund period had expired. It wasn't. Communication from the company slowed and then stopped. They banned customers from their FB page for asking questions or complaining too much. In January of 2013 they announced they had hired new developers and would release the product with a new interface. They finally promised the new interface would be ready in August of 2013 and that all subscribers would get a free year of the software.
August of 2013 rolled around. Crickets. HEDUA finally said that they were "wrapping up" the software and would release it as soon as it was ready. It's now July 2014. We still haven't received the software. The company continues to stonewall customers, only trickling information out as customers email their customer service department with questions. Supposedly now it's in the testing phase. I might believe them if they had actually delivered on any of their promises sometime in the last two years.
This company has lost me as a customer and I would not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame. Their paper planners are fabulous, but if you read through the complaints here at Revdex.com you'll see a pattern of refusing to take responsibility and blaming consumers for customer care issues. At this point, even if the software was released and worked perfectly tomorrow, I wouldn't trust them to keep my personal information safe. And I wouldn't trust them to resolve any issues with delivery, product quality, etc., I might have with their company. HEDUA owes their customers a public apology for this whole debacle. But I'm not holding my breath for that to happen.
