Home Dynamix

I bought a Home Dynamix rug at a third party retailer and it caused damage to the linoleum in my apartment. I have emailed their customer service with no response at all. The rug left some marks on the flooring and I simply asked if they had a method of removing the marks without chemical solvents or commercial abrasives that would not cause further damage to the linoleum. After a week, they have not responded. I sent another email today in hopes of getting some kind of response.
