I don't think the business has earned the A+ rating that they advirtise on their website thus I don't feel I should remove the complaint. Other consumers trust the Revdex.com, like I do, and if I removed the complaint I don't feel it would be honest. I don't want them back in the house. They had multiple opportunities to rectify the situation.
