Ordered garage door opener with promise of installation from Home Depot in Somerville. Paid for opener and install fee - total of ~$399. Was promised that installer would call me within 3 days. Of course no call. I had to follow up with everyone several times.
Last week I received calls from Home Depot and garage door installer company promising a call this week from an installer. It has now been around 1 month. Home Depot has my money, no word on an install or anything but continued delays.
