Thank you for your help with this complaint The Home Comfort Warehouse has finally (thanks to you) contacted us and sent a service person to correct the problem They tried to tell us that there was nothing wrong BUT the service person had to change a couple of wires as I watched him We have paid the bill and the fireplace insert is working Please remove the complaint We will no longer use this business though as he would not do anything until he found out you had been contactedThank you so much for your help First time I have used your service and I am so happy that I did Your organization does a great service for people
