My wife and I had experienced a house flood in our homeA split to the water supply bottom of toilet had caused about 2inof water to flood almost our entire houseWe had called our insurance who had dispatched Service Master to clean up the water and clear up and damage to our interior of our homeOnce this was done we had hired HCS (Home Claim Solutions) as our Contractor to do the work for usHCS advised that they would work off of the estimate the insurance provided and agreed work would take about a monthWe had come off and on to check on work and noticed that a period of two weeks nothing else on the house was done except only drywall and floors were seen to be done but no other work had been completedThis was about a few weeks before move in dateWhen we had first move in date come up HCS claimed all repairs were made and complete as well as cleof debris but I had to personally call the move in company to halt and reach to the Vice President of HCS to demand work to be done and for us to be extended in our hotelI know we are officially move back in the house on the second move in date and HCS just recently completed the final repairs on our fix list that should have been done weeks agoNot to mention when work was going on in our home the subcontractors HCS hired allowed their children in our home and play soccer in our front yardShotty construction, paint, and repair workPlease do yourself a favor and if you need a restoration or construction company steer clear of this company
