We have a spider/centipede infestation at my residence The plumbing of the 2nd floor toilet is leakingThis occurred March 1, the day after we moved inWe informed the manager, and nothing has been done We have little to no water pressureWe have had electrical issuesThe wiring in the house has not been replaced because the manager did not pay to have the entire job done; only a partial job was completed I am concerned that this might be a fire hazardI am not sure if any inspection was doneThere are dropped ceilings so I am not able to see visible mold, but I am having health issues involving my breathing that leads me to believe that there is mold that cannot be seen in the ceilingBoth my daughter and I have asthma, we have breathing issues A pane of a window blew out recently due to a storm, she is refusing to repairWe did sign a one-year contract, but I believe that she is in breech of the contract, for not addressing these issues
