One of the worst customer service experiences ever! Sent a mower and a mule in for standard maintenance was charged $690 when equipment was returned at least half of what was charged for was not done as well as a specific issue not addressed. Equipment sent back in 2 weeks later job was finally completed. Mower gone collectively for nearly a month and an additional $200+ dollars spent. 2 months later mower leaking oil again. Company was contacted to pick up and address issue. Asked farm employee to direct driver picking up mower to location of leak. Called 3 days later to check on equipment was promised a call back, didn't happen. Call made next day to see progress to find they did a complete service on mower again just a mere 2 months after a complete service and claimed no leak. 10 minutes later called to say leak found. Charged an additional $190 for a service not asked for or approved. 2 days later mower leaking oil again. Company blamed my employee for the additional service done as well as racial slurs regarding employee. Will never bring a piece of equipment to them again nor refer them to anyone in the future. Owner refused to talk to me regarding dispute. No one seems to know what is going on, always an excuse for why something was done or not done. Should have filed suit the first time they charged me for work they did not complete. Horrible customer service, incompetent actual service of equipment.
