Review: A patient received medical equipment from this provider. For weeks, my patient's [redacted] has been trying to contact the business to send a [redacted] to teach about the machine and adjust the setting. The visit has already been authorized by insurance and the company previously claimed to be able to complete this request. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact this business too. The phone number provided goes right to voice-mail and no one returns the calls. When I tried to view the business on [redacted] it looks like it is located within residential apartments.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak to the company and understand if they are going to be able to help us with this serious medical request or if we need to look to other providers. I would like for this business to be investigated so other patients experiencing health issues who order equipment are getting appropriate f/u and customer service after receipt of equipment paid for by [redacted].
