My only experience with this company was calling to report a pet that was found. The customer service representative was not helpful. We called to report the found cat while feeding the animal outside in the rain we were trying to determine whether to hold onto the animal letting it into the house. The customer service rep on the phone said the animal was not reported lost by the owner and refused to make a call to the pet owner while I was waiting outside in the rain to let them know their cat was outside in the rain and with us. We fed the cat and left. This is an example of a worst case scenario for a pet owner this company's lack of cooperation makes me question the type of service that a pet owner is paying for. For this reason I would not use this service nor recommend this company. noncooperative
