This letter is in regard to a complaint phone call I received on Monday June 13, 2016, from [redacted], on her limo rental for her wedding on Saturday, June 11, 2016. She informed me that the limousine was hot and she wanted half of her money back, she was going to report me to Better...

Business Bureau. Her voice was harsh, discourteous, and uncouth. I was trying to talk her and she was talking over me.I told Shareefah, her future mother-in-law paid the $350.00 for the three (3) hour limousine service and I would talk to her about a refund amount. I called, the future mother-in-law, [redacted] and told her what [redacted] said to me in a phone call. I told [redacted] in good faith, I would refund her $100 back on her credit card and she said that was fine.The temperature was 91 degrees on June 11th; you cannot run a limousine or a bus sitting still that long - 30 minutes or more. All the components under the hood, will get hot and you have to drive the vehicle - to let the air flow thru, then it will start to cool back down again.This is our first complaint since I have been in business since 1997.Enclosed is a copy of a letter from [redacted] - mother-in-law of the bride.Looking to hear back from you regarding this complaint.Yours truly,Herman *.
