Review: This ministry's media department sent me defective DVDs in the amount of $56.00 that I paid to their media person . I notified her that I was sent defective DVDs and she ignored the email. I then sent the defective DVDs back stating that I wanted a refund for the 3 defective DVDs and then she responded saying that she did not see anything wrong with them. She also said that it was going to take several weeks to refund me since I was returning these 3 defective DVDs. I mailed a letter along with the 3 defective DVDs back to the media person there and she never responded to me at all. I emailed the media person again since she was ignoring to refund me and then this month in March 21, 2014 she mailed me a refund for $20.00 check. I emailed her immediately because she only sent me a partial refund of which she ignored my email until Monday, March 24, 2014 saying that she was not going to refund me the entire amount that I paid because she felt that she gave me prior discounts. This is false. She gave me one discount of $4.00 with this order originally. The media department at Holyghost Headquarters is refusing to refund me entirely and nobody will answer the phone during their regular business hours. Nobody ever returns phone calls at their ministry either. Also, if you say that you were sent defective items then you are told by email that they will not serve you anymore instead of being professional to fix the situaiton. They owe me $36.00 additional refund from the 3 defective DVDs that I returned back there.Desired Settlement: The media department needs to refund me correctly and instead of telling lies , trying to money from me.
