Response over the phone from business owner on 8/22/16:Business bent over backwards to get it done in timeframe he wanted in addition to other things. Once work was done, they complained about color and rough edges. Also had a stress crack and I offered to fix it, but never heard
back. Went back out to fill any little imperfections and to fill the crack. All boils down to consumer wanting to make payments

I am rejecting this response because:Our point is this: The quality of the work is bad! I talked to a few professionals, everyone says it is unacceptable! His fixations made it look worse.
