Holmes Construction remodeled my home before we moved into itWe were not present at the time of installation of anything, except for stopping by every few days The dining room fixture was installed and I asked that it be moved up three inches The next time I came in, it was moved almost to the ceilingMrH*** came and looked at it, but would not get back to me after that They installed two toilets, but after about a month of moving in, they started movingI called MrH*** at least two times a month and he never called back Finally I spoke to him and he said he would send his plumber Never happened! Approximately two feet of the back splash in the kitchen was the wrong height I called every week upon completion of the project, and was told they didn't have any materials to replace it

I suggest that no one utilizes this company for any work on their home! The business I work for has done work for them and they do not pay. I have also just recently spoke to a customer (we are now going to do the work for them directly) as Holmes has left their project undone for over 5 months but had their payment of $12000 in full. We have made several calls to Holmes for money owed to us and are always promised a check for the work we completed and have not received a dime. Our only recourse would have been to put a lien on the customers home which is not something we want to do as it is not the fault of the customer. So save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not use Holmes for your home!!
