Hi,

Given the coronavirus spreading and we already have infected people in Dallas, TX, I requested for $80 refund from this business. But the owner is so greedy, wouldn't give refund.

I have not used any of the service for this gift card $80.

I don't want to risk my life and health to go to this salon. Especially because, at salon, there's skin touching with strangers, and everyone in a limited space, too easy to get sick/infected.

This is not much to ask given the spread of virus is at an increasing rate.
