After the 8-10 days I reached back out to Kristina Crawl via instagram, requesting a update. At this time I received a response 'Stating item has not been processed yet in it would tak 8-10 weeks. On 04-13 I sent another message with no response, on 04/14, another message sent with no response, On 04/16 another message sent with no response.
