Hollywood 16 Cinemas

ON [redacted] my nephew was dropped off at the [redacted] Cinema in [redacted] the movie started at 9:15 and it was 8:45 and he and some more children were kicked out the movie theater for loitering while they were waiting in the lobby for the movie to start,So I spoke with a manager on [redacted] named [redacted] that would not give me his last name and he said that the owner would call me back and no one did so I called today and I spoke with a manager and he said that they kick children out of the theater all the time but will not refund at all as a company policy and they do not have any signs up as of today [redacted] stating that if you get kicked out of any movie that there will not be a refund my problem is that my nephew is 13 he was kicked out of the movie and I was not notified by the onsite police officer or movie attendant to my understanding this movie theater is kicking children out and gaining a profit and they are not able to see a movie and this is wrong!Desired SettlementI would like my $10.00 refunded to me.
