I went on 11/13/to get my son a new phone because one of the account lines was available for upgrade and I talked to sales person *** *** which showed my son some phonesWe asked questions about the plans because I told him that I did not want to pay more for the service and he said at that time that we will get unlimited data - it is going to show 10GB but after that we will still have unlimited data and it will be slower to download movies, internet browsing, etc...So that was the deal breaker for us to get this new phone on the phone line ###-###-####, and *** said I will get an email about the new upgrade which explains everythingWell I got the invoice and it does not mention any unlimited data on it, and there was no email that I got from that company eitherThe next day I talked to another rep at A Verizon company @ ###-###-#### to clarify my charges/data and he told me that the original rep was referencing the new plan that is GB with unlimited data, so I
