Once again ordered plants from website on May 18, No communication since thenThe date was May 18, and did send an email wondering what the hold up was.Desired Resolution: Delivery of OrderDesired Outcome: Delivery of healthy plants or a full refund
Review: On January 22, 2013 I purchased $570 worth of plants from [redacted] with Holly Hill Nurseries. The arrangement was to have the plants delivered to me by mid April. I have only received a few of the plants and attempts to resolve this have only resulted in empty promises from [redacted]. At this point receiving the plants will be too late for sale through my business [redacted].Desired Settlement: At this point it appears to me that a full refund is the only option. I gave [redacted] two weeks notice to resolve this before I would file a complaint and it did not make any difference in the outcome. The few plants I did receive came to me in deplorable shape, therefore I am requesting a complete refund.
Review: Ordered $40 worth of plants on 6/3/14. Not received. Repeatedly phoned and emailed several times. No response. I would appreciate a response on the status of my order, but they persist in ignoring me when I contact them for information. I paid online, so they probably have my money, but they have not sent the products I ordered.Desired Settlement: I either want my ordered plants, or I want a credit to my [redacted] account. If the order is just late, I'd appreciate some confirmation/communication about that from them. Thanks.
Review: On May 6, 2014 I placed an order to Holly Hills for three different types of plants: 3-:Digitalis Dalmation Peach, 3-Veronica Waterperry Blue and 3-Verbena Snowflury. On 6/2/2014 I received the three plants of Digitalis and three plants of the Veronica. A note on the packing slip stated the Verbena would be available on or about 6/16. On 6/12 I received a package from Holly Hills containing three more of the Veronica, not the Verbena I ordered. I contacted Holly Hills via email the next day explaining their mistake and to also let them know that the three Digitalis they had sent me had died. I requested that they send me the correct items and replacements for the plants that died. I received no reply from them. Again a week later I sent a second email restating the contents of the first email and followed this up with a phone call to them. I received their voice mail to which I would leave a message only to find out their voice mailbox was full.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive either a refund to my credit card for the plants that have died and the ones I never received or I would accept replacements for the plants that died and to have the correct plants I ordered sent to me.
Review: I ordered perennial flowers from this company back in February. I still have not received 12 of the plants that I ordered; they were to be delivered in April in time for spring planting. The company has been pretty good about responding to my emails and giving me updates. But over the last month it seems as though they are stalling and are not going to send the goods that I purchased. I last spoke to the owner of the company on Friday, June 7th, and he assured me my plants were being processed that day. Once again that has not happened. At this point I want my money back. I do not want to continue waiting for this long overdue product.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I would like this company to know that they can not operate this way.
