Highly recommend not hiring Darrell Holloway for any job. First lies about payment “processing” then refuses to pay sub contractors. He makes used car salesmen look like Gandhi. His customers are required to pay their bills, so why does he think it’s ok to not pay his bills? You have a debt sir. Pay it now.

contractor darrel holloway performed a reapair on a home, he did not finnish the job expend all the money he was pay and is refusing to complete any additional work, he did not obtain the require permit for the job and now the city is not allowing the home to establish utilities on the unit eletricity, water etc
