Holliswood Care Center

My 82 year old father was admitted to the Holliswood Center, [redacted], phone ###-###-####. He was there at the facility for less than a week when my family went to visit him on December [redacted] and found him laying on the floor with no clothes on. It appeared as if he had not been assisted or cared for at all. When we questioned the staff no one was able to give us any answers as to why my father was found in that condition, how long he had been there, and when the last time he was checked on. Staff seemed to pass the buck by blaming each other or just could answer the questions at all! I tried to call the administrative director, Mr. Ari S[redacted], to discuss this matter but he was always conveniently out of the building. This is a horrible place. If you are thinking of bringing a family member to this 'care facility' DON'T!! Just think of Geraldo Rivera's 1972 Willowbrook Expose and run in the opposite direction. You will thank yourself later!
