I contacted Hollister. Was told that my items were no longer in stock but they would send it to the shipping dept in case they would be able to fill my order before Christmas.On 12/** - I received notification from Hollister that my order had been cancelled. Then I got an email from paypal stating that "Hollister Co. just sent you a partial refund of $22.29 USD for your purchase."I've attempted contact with Hollister over and over again, trying to find out why I was only issued a partial refund.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
