Hollie helped two of my sons in finding homes. With both of them new to the prospect of home ownership she took time in thoroughly explaining every aspect. Hollie was not only professional, she was extremely thorough and had my best interests in mind. She looked into things that I never would have thought of and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
One month after my closing, I was notified of an assessment from the city. I reached out to Hollie to notify her, at which point she decided to research the issue on her own time. In her investigation, she found that the previous homeowner had been notified of said assessment more than six times prior to the listing/sale of their home to me. Hollie was an extremely strong advocate for me in that she reached out to the closing company and informed them that this was the responsibility of the previous homeowner. If it wouldn't have been for Hollie going that extra mile for me, I would have been held responsible to pay a rather large assessment to the city.
