Complaint[redacted] began a web camera system installation for our business January 2014. Installation is not complete and the invoice is paid in full.[redacted] began installion of a new web camera system for our business in January 2014. While there were repeated delays for various reasons on [redacted]'s part, most of the system was installed as of 2/3/14 when I was presented with an invoice for payment in full. I promptly paid [redacted] the complete invoice amount via check. The check has been cashed. The reamining work that needs to be completed will our allow our customers to view the new system via our website. This work has not been completed. Numerous attempts to contact [redacted] via previous E-mail and cell phone contact information has not been returned for over two weeks. I contacted a friend of [redacted] to inquire if he would be able to contact [redacted] via the E-mail address and cell number previously used. [redacted]'s cell number is no longer active but he did respond to his friend via E-mail within two hours. It is clear that [redacted] is receving our communic ation and avoiding any and all contact from my business to comlete the installation as agreed upon. This is clear violation of our contract terms. The system is inoperable for our website and directly affecting our client's experience with our business. We are beginning to loose client's as a direct result of this issue.Desired SettlementI am seeking 100% completion of the installation within 3 business days from today (3/5/14) or a 100% refund of the invoice amount paid on 2/5/14.More info received from the consumer 2014-03-06[redacted] is on site completing the work today.
