Drove miles to look at a Nissan Xterra I liked the vehicle & started the buying process I had been pre-approved by my Credit Union with a Pre-Approved express draft, which they wouldn't accept 1st car dealer I've ever seen that didn't except this document I have great credit, so allowed them to seek other lenders They found a comparable loan; however, they now wanted to charge me a $loan processing fee....seriously? The saleswoman printed out an AutoCheck history on the vehicle, which indicated a lien on the vehicle When I asked the Sales manager for some type of written proof that the lien was no longer valid, he seemed insulted that is verbal assurance wouldn't suffice and said well then don't buy the vehicle The internet ad stated no-haggle price, which was a good price for this vehicle, the ad also stated tax, tag, & $dealer & document fee When the finance manager handed me the paper work there were additional redundant fees So, the $vehicle was now $11, Then her manager walked in heavy-handedly and told me that's the price, take it or leave it I said have a nice day, and walked out Worst car buying experience I've ever had The Sales Manager, Orlando, was rude, arrogant, condescending The Finance manager & her boss were both void of any customer service skills what so ever Stay away, stay far far away
