Dutton representatives are always late when showing rental properties, They are also quite discrrimatory who they rent to and do a poor check of would be renters and refuse to acknowledge a mistake
We have tried to use this company on two occasions for an executive rental. Each time canceled on last minute due to the unit being rented. We communicated well after the first attempt that we were very interested and would likely put in an application. Rearranged flights to accommodate the viewing.
