Complaint Information: I received emails from [redacted] regarding a return for refund on an item purchased on 7/7/, well over two months after his wife purchased the hatI explained to him that it was not only past our refund time but also past our exchange time (we post a day refund/day exchange policy)It also was past the season change and she had purchased a summer hatIf the hat were unworn and undamaged , we may have been willing to allow an in-store credit but not a refund [redacted] stated that the hat was advertised as "one size fits most" , this is completely , the hat comes in specific fitted sizes (see link below)http://www.hollandhats.com/catalog/i1252.html If you click on sizes you can see that it is offered in different sizesThis is our return policy clearly posted at the top left of our webpage; http://www.hollandhats.com/id25.html and here is the relevant info "cut and pasted" from our return policy; "We have a fourteen day refund/day exchange policy from date of purchase.For the holidays,all purchases from October 15th-December 25th may be exchanged through January 15th." I explained to him that it was not only past our refund time but also past our exchange time (we post a 14 day refund/30 day exchange policy). It also was past the season change and she had purchased a summer hat. If the hat were unworn and undamaged , we may have been willing to allow an in-store credit but not a refund.
