To my knowledge Mr*** never offered to make a settlement on his outstanding invoiceOur firm prepared tax returns for unreported income in the US based on the documents that he submitted to our firmOur firm requested several times additional details to help mitigate taxes owed on the income
with limited response by Mr***After several attempts to request additional expense detail we completed the tax returns with the original information providedTherefore, we expected to get paid for our work performedThe fact that Mr*** didn't like the taxes owed should have encouraged him to research his expense detail furtherIf Mr*** had another firm prepare the tax returns with a different result, then he should have shared that information with our firm as well.I am willing to discount the fee to get this matter resolvedTherefore, Mr*** should make an offer he deems reasonable and I will considered it in light of the facts
