I recently went to visit this spa. Took my wrist watch off as part of the service and once the service was complete I did not see my watch. I was in rush and left the facility. Called to ask if I could come grab the wrist watch and was told it was gone/not there. I have several witnesses who saw the wrist watch on me 30 mins prior to the service. The owner has been very rude and suspicious. I feel that there is a scam going on with this business and would like my property back!Product_Or_Service: Holistic therapyDesired SettlementI would like my watch back. I have the box, and tags for itBusiness Response As the client has been told several times, there was nothing left behind after her session. I even went back to the spa on my day off to search again behind furniture items to ensure it did not fall behind anything. I offered for her to come back twice and look for herself and she never did. She did not even need to remove jewelry for her service and she had ample time after the session, as I scheduled additional time with her for consultation at no charge. I was even nice enough to offer her the new client discount on this service even though this service was not covered by the special. I took the time to write out beneficial products for her situation and even gave her 2 free retail products, because I am committed to providing outstanding customer service. Then I began receiving phone calls the next day. The client was very rude accusing myself, my staff and my other clients of stealing her belongings. When I asked if she removed other items she said yes and they she put everything back on, but just can't find her watch and she didn't know where she lost it at. Unfortunately she must have lost it somewhere else. As in any case, it is a persons personal responsibility to keep track of their belongings. After several rude phone calls and threatening emails, I have asked this individual to stop further contact. I have printed copies of communication and that she was demanding money from my business. After talking with a [redacted] officer it has come to my attention that often times people do this sort of thing in order to get insurance money or to scam a business into paying for something that was never lost in the first place. It is unfortunate but I cannot help her with this, as her property was not left in my building. I wish her luck in her search, wherever she could have lost it, if in fact she even did.
