This issue has been resolved I sent a detailed email clarifying that the client was NOT charged $for a five minute phone call, but for minutes of my case study time to prescribe the appropriate homeopathic medicine for her dog The client had read and signed a consent form that detailed my fee policy But there was still a misunderstanding, so waived my fee, and deleted her invoice
