Canadian Rockies/Alaska 19 day tour. The tour director did not connect with the group and was not by any means professional. She simply took the tour director job to get an all expense paid trip. Not well informed. The bus driver was a very good driver but again not real warm and friendly and could be rude at times. Also for the price we paid for this trip would have expected more meals included. Wen 3 days straight without an included meal. They did have a good travel route but the driver and tour director kind of took some of the fun out of it. I would never book a Holiday Vacations tour again and certainly would not recommend them. We have traveled with other travel groups to Europe, Israel and Hawaii and this was the worst one as far as tour directors being prepared.
