would reinstate their cruise voucher. We received an incomplete package back however they have been advised we would accept as
is. Their cruise has been reinstated and they provided dates and based on availability and first come, first served will

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com. He had provided dates (1/19/and 6/15/2014) that were unfortunately not available and was upset so the agent offered an alternate destination with a refund of his tax deposit. He accepted this and then called
back that he wants cash instead of trip. We do not do cash exchanges and called him back and offered him a date in September which he agreed to. Since his deposit was refunded, he was advised via email that he needs to send the deposit back to us in order to get him booked for his September date which we have not received as of today. We are in receipt of clients complaint. Please see below for an outline of their account.

their voucher.6/received their deposit8/Recd email from client and agent called client. When someone answered phone, the call was quickly disconnected. Attempted this times8/Client sent in dates for 4/1/which is a blocked out date due to Easter holiday and we replied back that date is not a valid date8/Client provided valid first date request of 3/29/10/Client sent email for update and we advised that it was too soon to know availability for March3/ Agent called and a lady answered and hung up3/Agent called and lm to return our call3/Agent called and a lady answered and hung up3/Client called and wanted update advised the date was not available and we asked for a 2nd request date of 6/
5/mailed letter to address on file that date their 6/date was not available
6/ agent called client and said 11/was available and they agreed to travel on this date and client was advised they would receive final travel paperwork 3-days prior to their travel dateIf I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact meThank you,

We are in receipt of the client's email with the Revdex.com. We spoke with the client this morning and thoroughly explained how the Asuiteweek card worksShe did not have a good understanding of how the website worked and how to properly view the
inventory. We also discussed the refund that the client originally stated was not received and confirmed that the client did in fact receive her refund back in May of 2015. She is satisfied with the program and was provided the Customer Service Supervisor's direct contact information in case the client has any questions in the future. Hello, We are in receipt of clients complaint and have addressed it with her. Although she states she sent in her deposit we did not receive it and on July 21st we advised her to send in proof of stop payment and she advised us she would check with her bank. She did not contact us
again until 10/28/and said she does not want to pay her bank fees. At this point she was four months past her deadline and was advised it was void.
The terms and conditions state deposit must be received within days or the offer will be void. In good faith, we have reinstated her voucher and she has sent in her deposit. We are waiting for her to provide dates. If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me

Our terms are on our vouchers that the hotel is for standard accommodations not for a resortTheir first set of dates of 6/and 8/were not available due to peak season travel and they provided new request dates of 8/and 9/which are processing. We will advise if available no less than days prior per the terms and conditions of the offer. We If they did not receive their $back from the timeshare resort they attended the presentation, I recommend they contact them to receive it back providing it was refundable
