Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2017/03/21) */
Dear ***
This is in response to the above mentioned complaintI've attached the copies of numerous repairs we had made on the referenced vehicleIt was documented to Ms*** that the vehicle was sold with a day engine &
transmission warranty onlyI had made numerous repairs (at my expense) that went above & beyond the drive train warranty such as electrical repairs, leak in radiator, muffler, CV joint, ball joints, frame repair, alignment, replaced tires & repaired a fuel leak in the gas tank She also referenced the radio. We had bought a faceplate & had given it to her to activate the radioI spent a total of *** that vehicle after she had originally taken delivery of itSo for her to say I did not meet my obligation is wrongI also supplied Ms*** with a free loaner car during said repairsIf the repairs she mentioned are not repaired properly she can contact the repair shop on the receipts attached to correct themAlso,.Ms*** had taken the car prior to purchasing it to a mechanic of her choice for inspection & apparently was satisfied enough to purchase the vehicleI would advise Ms*** to either sell or trade the vehicle for another to her satisfaction
Respectfully, *** ***, Owner
