Review: My account was noted as overdue. I contacted the business at the number they provided multiple times but often no one answered and there is no answering machine. When I did speak with their staff, I requested a simple billing summary as my records did not reconcile to the invoices I received. I also asked for alternate methods of communication so I could document my questions. I was told that none existed and that I had all the invoices I needed and to pay them immediately. I then requested to speak with a manager. I was told the owner was not available but I could try later. I left my cell phone number and other contact information. I did not receive any follow up calls and I continued to call requesting either the owner to speak to me or backing details for the invoices. No replies. After my third attempt to resolve this matter, I did receive duplication invoices but they lacked many of the billed items and they did not total to the amount I was told I owed. Today, I received a letter from the company stating my account was being turned over to a collections service. I again called the business and did reach the owner. I was surprised that he would not listen to any questions even though I was extremely polite and professional. After cutting me off he then hung up saying good luck with collections we are done with you. I am now without option even though I have continued to pay in good faith (the most recent payment was $400.00 June, 6, 2014 just 14 business days ago) while waiting for detail substantiating the amounts billedDesired Settlement: I would like the billing reconciled to the goods and services provided. If the billing is correct, I am happy to pay all amounts owed. If I have overpaid or been billed for goods or services not proided, I would request a corrected invoice. If there is any harm to my credit or other negative impact due to these poor business practices, I request those be remedied by the owner.
