We have had [redacted] work on our Christmas trees in the past with good resultsThe problem is that we had problems with our lighting when we set up our tree this past NovemberWe tried contacting her by phone (using a working number) and got voicemailWe left a message and she never returned our callAfter the holidays we decided to try to get the lights fixed before we put the tree awayWe once again called [redacted] and left a voicemail and, once again, she never returned our callIgnoring customers calls is very poor business practiceWhether she is out of business or too busy to take on other jobs she should at least call back to inform the potential customer of this and perhaps give the name of someone else who could help
