Guest booked two nights at the group block rate of $119/night for January 23, 24, per signed contract of the group's administratorGuest booked res#*** for the night prior to group rate applicabilityDates prior and after were not included in signed group contract. January 22,
was peak ski-season date, and we did not have group rate availability for that date.It should be noted, that this guest originally booked two reservations and was granted cancellation without penalty on one of two reservations.No refund will be issued as guest booked separate reservation outside of contractual group agreement
