I have been a board member for the *** *** *** HOA for the last eight consecutive yearsDuring this period of time the First Service Residential company has been our community's property managerDuring this time we have has managers in the last yearsThis company was originally engaged by the builder of this unit town home community *** *** *** This property management company level of client service is very spotty and the quality of their bookkeeping quality is quite disappointing

The [redacted] reservation for our hotel for arrival on March 28 was generated through the reservation system at 12:30pm on March 22.  When making a reservation there are a number  of room type options. The [redacted] reservation was received by the hotel as a "Regular" room  type option....

This option is just below  the Two Double Bed room type option. You can check our web page easily. Just access "Holidayinn.com" and enter "Mesa" in the destination box.  Takes 10 seconds to check. The "Regular" room type is defined  on the page as "Any available room.  Room assigned at check in. When you arrive at the hotel we will do our best to meet your room type preferences.  These are subject to availability and cannot  be guaranteed." You can quickly and easily check this out and confirm. That is how the room type is described.  The [redacted]s may be "100% sure"  that they reserved two beds but  the reservation was made as "Regular" room  type. That is what we told  them and that is the fact.  It is not the case that "internet reservations come in this way".  If two beds were available and the two  beds option is selected in the reservation process, the reservation will come in as "Two Beds". That option was not selected on this reservation. This reservation  came in as "Regular".  In addition,if a reservation comes in as 'Regular' but there is a request for two beds, we will make every effort to accommodate that request.
