Holiday Inn & Suites Boston-Peabody

We stayed at this hotel on 7/8-7/10. Our stay was completely ruined by the horrible asthma attack she had triggered by the overwhelming cigarette smell in the room, the elevator, and the entire 4th floor. Upon our complaint, they gave us another room. This one was with a musty old smell, a barely working air conditioner, the phone in the room did not work, stains on the towels and the shower curtain. It was terrible. We complained to corporate but they didn't even offer a refund. My wife's health was jeopardized by their negligence. They offer non smoking rooms but clearly their guests do not adhere to this policy. The hotel does nothing to enforce this rule.
