The Hotel in this matter did refund the booking company in a prompt manner.  However, since this was a third party reservation the monies the guest is referring to in her comments is from the third party company.  As a third party reservation the Hotel receives payment from the third party...

not directly from the guest.  Therefore when a guest requires a refund for whatever reason that must come from the third party company since the Hotel has no record of the guest's type of or amount of payment to that third party.
