Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below As shown in the attached pic of my credit card statement, the charge shows as a charge for a night's stay, which had already been chargedThe only time we ate at the hotel restaurant was breakfast our last morning, which the manager gave us comp cards for as compensation for the fact that their housekeeping staff left our room door propped wide open all day exposing our belongings to the great potential for theft We were told we had to sign for the comped meals to show we used the comp cardsThey are lying through their teeth about this charge being for a meal, which the credit card statement clearly shows.Regards, [redacted]
To whom it may concern, This email is response to complaint #*** The guest states that they were double charged for the last night of their stay In fact the charge they are disputing is for a meal they ate in the restaurant I have attached a copy of their hotel bill
showing correct billing for their stay and a signed copy of their restaurant receipt There will be no refund given to the guest for this complaint. Thank you *** ** ***ControllerBar Harbor Resorts*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
